This includes the technical and operational design reviews, as well as the operational implementation of the drawings into Work Authorization Documents (WAD) for the actual ground processing.

The ORU-LON concept allows removal and replacement of black boxes of many sizes and shapes, and in many different orientations and facilities.

Organized and coordinated the investigation effort for multiple organizations (Contractor and Government) as well as maintained and collated the final report.
